Appointment Policy

To best serve our clients and stylists, the following policy is enforced by Salon-E-Clips:

Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services.

Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business.

Deposit Policy
For any service exceeding 3 hours, Salon-E-Clips will require a credit card to be placed on file. If appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour window or you do not show, you will be responsible for paying a $50 cancellation fee (or otherwise agreed upon amount, which will be documented and signed by you and your stylist).

No Show Policy
If you No Show two or more appointments, Salon-E-Clips will require a 50% deposit for appointments moving forward. Salon-E-Clips reserves the right to refuse service for cases of multiple cancel/no-shows.
